Introduction
Welcome to All 4 Security. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our security services, including but not limited to VIP protection, escort services, guarding, event security, residential guarding, security consulting, polygraph testing, monitoring and armed response, and cash collecting. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Definitions
- “Company” refers to All 4 Security.
- “Client” refers to any individual, business, or entity that engages the services of All 4 Security.
- “Services” refers to all security services provided by All 4 Security.
- “Agreement” refers to this Terms and Conditions document and any associated service agreements.
Service Agreement
3.1 All security services provided by All 4 Security shall be governed by an individual contract or service-level agreement specifying the nature of the services, duration, fees, and any specific client requirements.
3.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if the client violates any legal or contractual obligations.
Payment Terms
4.1 All fees for services rendered must be paid as agreed in the service contract.
4.2 Late payments may incur penalties and interest as per South African law.
4.3 All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Cancellation Policy
5.1 Clients may cancel services by providing written notice at least 7 days before the agreed service date.
5.2 Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Liability And Indemnity
6.1 The Company will take reasonable care to ensure the safety and security of the client and their property. However, the Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from factors beyond its control.
6.2 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold All 4 Security harmless against any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the use of our services.
Confidentiality
7.1 The Company commits to maintaining confidentiality regarding client information and service details.
7.2 The Client agrees not to disclose any operational or proprietary information about All 4 Security without prior written consent.
Use Of Force Policy
8.1 All 4 Security personnel will only use reasonable force necessary to prevent harm or secure assets, following South African law.
8.2 The Company strictly prohibits the use of excessive force, unlawful detainment, or any form of harassment.
Client Responsibilities
9.1 Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding security needs.
9.2 Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in conjunction with our security services.
Dispute Resolution
10.1 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to South African law and jurisdiction.
10.2 Any legal action shall be taken in the appropriate courts within South Africa.
Termination Of Services
11.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate services if the Client breaches these Terms and Conditions.
11.2 Termination shall be communicated in writing, stating the reasons for termination.
